Suncream SPF 30 provides 93.3% protection from UVB-radiation. It allows you to stay about 15 times longer in the sun before erythema (sun burn) will develop.

 

Even whilst using SPF, it is encouraged to limit excessive sun exposure and remember to reapply throughout the day.
